Nafplio: The historic Church of Agios Spyridon is celebrating
The sacred services will take place according to the following schedule:
On Wednesday 11/12/2024 (the eve of the holiday) at 6:30 p.m. the Vespers Service will be sung after a divine sermon by the minister of the Panosiology, Archimandrite Fr. Chrysostomou Papoulesis, Preacher of our Holy Metropolis.
During the Service, the Byzantine choir of the Holy Temple of Zoodochos Pigis of the Academy of Athens will sing under the direction of the Protopsaltos and professor of Byzantine music Mr. Spyridonos Pavlakis.
Day of the holiday Thursday 12/12/2024 at 7:00 a.m. Orthros will be chanted and then the High Priestly Divine Liturgy of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Argolis Mr. Nektariou.
