BEACHES
Arvanitia
The beach is behind Arvanitias Acronafplia and you can get there either on foot or by car by going across the uphill side of the Land Gate. This sandy beach offers a cafe, long chairs, showers, WC and free parking at the entrance.
Karathonas
The Karathons beach is located about 4km from Nafplio on the road after Palamidi. The beach is accessible by car. It has a large free car park, cafes, restaurants, rental umbrellas and water sports. It is the most famous beach of Nafplio during the summer months.
Tolo
The beach of Tolo is located about 8 km from Nafplio and is accessible by car and bus. Along this beautiful and enchanting coastal area of Tolo one can find cafes, restaurants, rental umbrellas and water sports. The beach’s crystal blue waters as well as its facilities make Tolo a tourist attracrion.
Kondili
Kondili is for many the best beach of Argolida and is about 17 kilometers from Nafplio. Blue waters, sand and red pebbles, the picturesque church of Agios Nikolaos on the other side, make the scene idyllic and even more so at sunset!
Kondili addresses everyone because of the long lenght of its coastline and features fully organized sections. For those who want it, it also offers seclusion, as even today on the most remote parts of Condominium some enjoy nudism. Candia Just outside Nafplio, we meet a really huge beach! Candia, measured in kilometers, has clear blue waters and sandy beaches full of trees that provide shade to those who want to avoid the hot sun. In the afternoon especially the sea is filled with young people who are involved in wind surf! Kandia beach is organized with sun loungers, beach bars, taverns, showers and free parking throughout.
